Pros: Nice and and cozy Affordable prices Great taste A lot of parking space Cons: Not Good service tables, not paying attention to the costumers. I need to stand up to ask for a soda 🥤 I didn’t see any ramp for handicaps No options for spicy 🌶️ or mild food 🥘

Don’t let the looks of the outside deter you. This place is as authentic as it gets! You need to get the garlic bread if you order any kind of curry. Simply amazing!

This is my go-to place for Indian. Always delicious, and the staff is always friendly. The buffet on the weekend is awesome! It's a good way to sample the menu and there is always a good variety. I usually do take out - chicken chettinad is my favorite, followed by Kadai chicken. The samosas are great too!

Craving Indian food on a no carb diet Priya was a lucky find. Their Sunday afternoon buffet has plenty of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. I had the chickpea curry (good. I couldn't have the batura :-( ), butter chicken (great! Hit the spot), cauliflower manchurian (why do this to cauliflower? Every Indian buffet that serves this fails), sambar ( I've had better but his was good), chicken curry (a disservice to the chickens! They died in vain! It's not difficult guys - get it right), tandoori chicken (perfect!), kabobs (may have been boneless pieces of chicken but very soft and tasty!), Vada (the ones that look like donuts - took a bite cos I love them but these carbs were not worth it) and some pieces of goat from the goat biryani (TERRIFIC!!! My daughter confirmed this). The deserts were another level! Four (4) deserts!! Who does that??!! I had a teaspoon of three - flan, rice pudding (kheer), and cream of wheat mango halwa. All three were fantastic! How I wish I could have had more! Masala tea was good too - per my daughter. I rated the service 3 because they put the check on my table without once asking us if we were done or wanted anything else. Pet peeve of mine. Otherwise they kept refilling the buffet on time with more hot deliciousness. They have a party room curtained off from the rest that can accommodate maybe 30-50 seats. Interesting location. I think it's inside a hotel. But it works. Definitely go. You will find something you like.

Large room, extensive buffet which is kept "well stocked", including a nice variety of vegetarian options as well. Service is good, as the waiters keep an eye on the diners, making sure that plates are taken away, water glasses are refilled, etc. The large room is a bit cavernous, and the seats themselves have seen better days. Typically a large screen TV is showing a steady stream of Indian song and dance videos. I kind of like those, so no problem, but if you were hoping for a quieter environment... At least the volume isn't set too high. It looks like a good portion of the clientele are from Indian backgrounds, so in my book that's a good sign. All in all, this is one of the better Indian style buffet restaurants in the area.

This is a wonderful restaurant that has the most delicious Indian cuisine I’ve had in quite some time. The people who work there are so welcoming and kind. The food was amazing, and it was just the lunch buffet. We’re definitely going here again for dinner and I am already looking forward to it. Priya Indian Cusine is the best Indian food we’ve had since moving to Western Mass. NOTE: My husband and I went here the day after we went to a terrible Indian restaurant in West Springfield.

The food is great! We especially love the lunch buffet. It is $13.99 per person, and kids under 4 are free. The chicken masala is so good! I would recommend it here! Took 1 star off because they don't refill the items that finish fast enough.

We went on a Monday evening with a mission to destroy our stomachs with spices. It was not very crowded when we arrived (6 pm) but the dining area was surprisingly spacious and had a nice decor. The menu was large and had various curries with different choices of protein (lamb, chicken, seafood), a tandoori section, and a big selection of different breads. The prices were a little high compared to other Indian restaurants I've been to, with most curry entrees between $14-16. We had the vegetable samosas as an appetizer, which were good. For dinner I and my other both got different curries. I was surprised at the large portion size, I couldn't finish mine. but it tasted great. The plain nan was great too. One of my complaints is that the wait service was horribly slow. There seemed to be only 1 actual waiter, while 2 or 3 other people seemed to rotate between cooking and waiting tables. Also, don't order the "onion salad" because it's just a plate of sliced onions.
